The first edition of Valle de Bravo Gastronomic Festival (Festival Gastronómico de Valle de Bravo) will take place from September 1 to September 3.
This culinary event will gather more than 30 public and private institutions, including restaurants and coffee shops seeking to boost local gastronomy and production, along with culture and traditions.
Among the highlights of the event, there will be a series of exhibitions, several food tastings, and even a mushroom hunting, since Valle de Bravo has more than 100 different mushroom species. During the mushroom hunting, its characteristics will be explained including a guide for the identification of edible mushrooms.
World-renowned chefs such as Mikel Alonso of Biko restaurant and Pablo Salas of Amaranta restaurant will discuss Mexican cuisine.
On September 3, guests will be able to enjoy a brunch by the main restaurants of the area, such as Dipao Avandaro, The Station, and Rodavento.
